<p>Sports Active takes you through around 22 different sets of exercises during each workout, ranging anywhere from lunges, stretches and holds to running, basketball, football and even mountain biking, without the fun gimmicky aspect of the wii fit, and also includes a warm up and warm down before and after each session</p>
<p><strong>Session 1</strong></p>

<li>Calories Burned 128.2,</li>
<li>AVG. Heart Rate 131BPM</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Session 2</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Workout Time 27mins 09seconds</li>

<li>AVG. Heart Rate 134BPM</li>
</ul>
<p>After each session I have had to pick myself up off the floor, and have struggled to keep up with some of the reps. It turns out that being &#8220;bike fit&#8221; is not enough and I&#8217;ve now used mussels that I forgot I had!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m now on a training scheme that will see me doing 4 sessions a week.</p>
<p>Will it work? Will I keep at it?</p>
<p>Only time will tell</p>
