Buenos Aries – Visit 2 Day 2
Well day 1 was pretty much a write off, spent most of it in the hotel either watching football or sleeping!
With that in mind, today is my first real day in BA. After 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep, I went down to have breakfast, and it was a pleasant surprise, the ultimate buffet, fresh fruit, cereal, bread, cheese, ham, around 20 variety of cakes and pastries, sausages, bacon and choice of eggs – needless to say I was there for over 45 mins to get through it all.
Today its 27′C, but tomorrow is promising rain and a temperature of around 14′C, and as I forgot to pack any kind of coats I’ve been walking around trying to find a jacket.
Here are some pics I took along the way (click for more).

Off down to the bar for some “agua mineral con gas”, back laters!
you walked a looot!!! I see that ur Spanish is improving…:)
Hope you are here for another Sunday, because the San Telmo antiques fair is very special. Other Sunday events are the awesome craft fair in front of Recoleta Cemetery, and the lesser known, but excellent Mataderos fair. (A Gaucho country fair in the city with live dancing, Gaucho competition, arts and crafts and great food at locals prices.
If you do go into San Telmo, check out on Defensa 201 La Estrella Pharmacy, a working Pharmacy from the 1800′s, how cool is that!
Have fun…
